When I created the first prototype for LogicSMP a few years back in August of 2019, I always envisioned the server as a safe and positive community for all players. From my own judgement from each season, I have attempted to uphold this value to the highest I possibly was able to. Recently, it has come to my attention that there are a few select amount of players that generally make it a negative experience, due to the lack of judgement of their actions.

I have updated Rule #5 in #rules to reflect this change - If you are directly making a negative impact on anyone's experience, you will be muted without hesitation, which will be appealable 1 WEEK after you have been muted. Consistent violation of this rule or breaking the rule while you are muted will result in a non-appealable, permanent ban from the SMP, with no appeal, which will be up to my discretion, and my discretion only. Reports may be filed in #player-reports.

For many of you, this should not be a problem. Most of you make the SMP enjoyable for others and lift each other up. For (most) of you that apply to this, I commend and appreciate you putting your part in making this community what it should be. If you aren't included, I would advise you to decide whether you want to change your behavior, or no longer play in the SMP.
